One-Bedroom Monthly Rental with a Guest Room/Office — Amsterdam

A fully furnished one-bedroom apartment with a second guest/office/family room, approximately 80 m² on Admiraal De Ruijterweg, on the border of De Baarsjes and Oud-West. The apartment has two private balconies and is offered with an all-inclusive rent covering gas, electricity, water and internet. You register in the BRP at the address.

The apartment is bright and spacious, with two bedrooms, a living room and two large private balconies. The interior is furnished in a classic, traditional style rather than a modern one — the furniture is older, but the overall feel is homely and comfortable, and everything you need for daily life is in place. The apartment is ideal for a single occupant who wants space for visitors or an office. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, a built-in dishwasher, a combi microwave oven, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee machine. The apartment also includes a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner and cleaning equipment, plus bed linen and towels. It is ready to move into from day one — no additional purchases required. There is a desk and a dining table, making the second bedroom suitable as a home office or guest room. The rent is inclusive of all utilities: gas, electricity, water and high-speed internet. Let on an indefinite residential tenancy agreement with one calendar month's notice. You register in the BRP at the address.
