Studio Corporate Rental - Amsterdam Noord

A bright, contemporary studio with a gorgeous private balcony on the IJ waterfront, five minutes by free ferry from Amsterdam Centraal. Fully equipped kitchen, king-size bed on a Hypnos mattress, rainfall shower, air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi, with 24-hour reception and on-site gym, laundry and deli included. Furnished, move-in ready and ideal for a professional or couple relocating to Amsterdam.

The studio is designed for living rather than passing through, and the private balcony is the highlight: a proper outdoor space for morning coffee, an evening drink or just fresh air off the water. Inside there's a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, plus all the pots, pans and crockery you need. There's a dining area, TV, coffee table, wardrobe, room safe and an iron and board. The bathroom has a powerful rainfall shower, hairdryer and premium toiletries. Air conditioning and heating keep it comfortable year-round, and the king bed makes a real difference. The building has a staffed reception and shared facilities for residents. There's a fitness room, laundry, deli, co-working space and lift access to every floor. Parking is available, and the property is pet-friendly, so your dog is welcome. Accessible units with wheelchair-friendly bathrooms are available on request. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a first-aid kit are fitted as standard. No smoking, no parties.
